If your a college student, you need this book. It give you real world hands-on methods of increasing your performance in a varity of ways.
I found the book helped me make the connection between the world of academia and the world of jobs and life. YOu get a wide variety of productivity skills in the book, including positive work and study habits, as well as creative problem-solving, organizationa. People skills too. I highly recommend the book.

If you are going back to college than do not bother to buy this this book, BUT for those who are just starting I highly recommend buying this book. This book has all sorts of helpful hints and strategies for getting in to the swing of college life. I had to buy this one for Ashford University Online, it was a needed requirement, and after being out of school for ten years this book has shown me some items I had forgotten over the last ten years. An over all good read.
